The Noble Network of Charter Schools Board of Directors governs the Noble Street Charter School. The Board of Directors includes up to twenty-five seasoned business and professional men and women with extensive years of not-for-profit and/or school operational experience. Click here for a list of current directors. The board is responsible for setting broad organizational policy, fiscal oversight and hiring and evaluating the Superintendent and CEO. Directors are elected to one-year, renewable terms. Directors sit on four committees:

- Audit and Finance
- External Relations
- Academic Performance

The Noble Network of Charter Schools, d/b/a Noble Street Charter School, received its charter and was incorporated in the State of Illinois in 1998, and received an IRS 501(c) 3 designation in March 1999.

The public may request information and records under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act by writing a letter or email to one of the Noble Network Freedom of Information Act Officers:

No fees will be charged for the first 50 pages of black and white letter or legal sized copies. Thereafter, a fee of $0.10 per page will apply. If the requestor requires a color copy or a size other than letter or legal size paper, a fee of $0.15 will apply to each page. Reasonable cost of postage will also be charged. The FOIA Officer may reduce or waive fees, taking into consideration the public interest and the amount of materials requested and the cost of copying them.
