Summer of a Lifetime Sends 1,000th Student to Summer College Programs
This summer, Right Angle, a program of the Noble Network, will send its 1,000 student to participate in college-immersion programs through the Summer of a Lifetime (SOL) program. Over 300 Noble students will attend pre-collegiate enrichment programs at 58 colleges and universities across the country - a new record for SOL. For many students, SOL provides their first experience traveling outside of Chicago and their first time on a college campus. Students will be heading to some of the most prestigious universities including Princeton, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, and Cornell University, among others.
Programs range from one to eight weeks and students can earn enrichment and college credit for their courses. Right Angle was founded in 1996 by Michael and Tonya Milkie and covers up to 95% of the costs for students' travel and tuition expenses.
