For each of our anticipated 110 instructional openings for the next school year, the selection process at Noble is extremely competitive, highly rigorous and completely principal-led. Because hiring exceptional staff is a top priority for our principals, the hiring process consists of many steps including an initial phone screen, a demo lesson, multiple reference checks and a formal interview. We begin posting positions for the following school year in November. For the 2011-12 school year, 6% of all applicants were eventually hired into an instructional, leadership or administrative role.
